Subject: Healing at Revive London

Dear Angus

I am a member of the SA Congregation in the UK.

This year one of my daughters friends, who has severe cirrhosis of the liver as a result of contracting hepatitis suffered a setback and complications developed to the point that he was taken off the liver transplant waiting list which was seen as his last chance.
He was advised to move to a hospice as he was deemed terminal.
His doctors said he may not see Christmas and he was really in a bad way.

We brought him along to the Revive London gathering on the 22nd of October this year and our entire home group came in support.  

He was one of those that you prayed for during the service and later Ds Dawie took him backstage to you alone, where I believe you again prayed for him and anointed him.

It was not long before he started to feel better and he soon got back into his university studies after having fallen badly behind due to being too ill to keep up with classes.

He has progressed steadily and has gone from strength to strength, about a week ago his doctors announced that his liver was healing and he was well on the way to a full recovery! what a turnaround! They had said he might not see Christmas!

The doctors give the credit to a new medicine that he has been on recently.

But from being diagnosed as terminal with a few months to live and having a non-operational liver, to being healthy and on the road to full recovery sounds a bit like a miracle to me! It sounds like the work of Jesus!  

This is one of quite a few miracles our group has experienced, two of which have involved you!

I wanted to share this with you, to say thanks and to encourage you to keep up the wonderful work you are doing.
